Tac-Tile
Hand Embossed Relief on Paper, LED Lights
30 x 40 cm each (8 pieces), 2024
This embossed relief work on paper captures the elusive nature of desires that often linger just out of reach, drawing a parallel between the physical tendency to want to touch something tactile and the metaphorical desire for material possessions. By shedding light on these textures, I invite viewers to contemplate the impermanence of material wealth. Through ‘Tac-tile’, I aim to provoke reflection on the energy we invest in pursuing materialistic goals and to underscore the fleeting nature of such pursuits.
